TOEFL is short for the
Test of English as a Foreign Language. The test is used to assess a person's capability
in English reading, writing, speaking and listening. This is often necessary or required of a person
whose first language is not English, who intends to enroll in an American
university or an English-speaking. There are few government organization,
licensing bodies, businesses and scholarship programs also require this test
score. Workers who are also applying for a visa to an English speaking country
may also have to take this test. The score that gets in this exam only valid
for two years, since the domain of a person in English will be different by
then. So if your score was taken
from a trial that lasted more than two years, you would have to take it again
if you need to score more. Most of the time, the results are only updated or
recent valid.
