scores. More than 300 institutes validate GATE scores for admission to PG
Programmes. GATE score is valid foe
CEED programmes at IIT Kanpur & IISc Bangalore. As a matter of practice,
industries have also started giving preference to good GATE scorers for
employment purposes. Some government organizations prescribe GATE qualification as a requirement to
apply for the post of a Scientist/Engineer.
